Vibrant seaside-based online publisher seeks bright, enthusiastic and motivated production/sales assistant to provide sales, marketing and administrative support for the UKs most popular site for journalists, Journalism.co.uk.
Duties include:
- marketing to editorial job advertisers (which includes some data inputting);
- selling advertising listings to recruiters and managing their accounts;
- answering our main phone and dealing with enquiries as appropriate;
- some accounts work, including creating invoices and credit control;
- providing administrative support for our events;
- collate events and awards listings;
- processing job adverts and, on occasion, press releases.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a good degree;
- a good telephone manner;
- an eye for detail;
- a can-do attitude;
- an ability to work under own initiative;
- a good work ethic;
- good computer skills.
Full training will be given and prospects for the right candidate are excellent.
