The Transformation team is responsible for executing the strategic agenda for the Enterprise division of BT – and we are looking for talented experienced individuals to be part of our journey. The Transformation team is responsible for delivering four core things:

All roles within the Transformation team are pivotal to the successful delivery of the above. We are seeking the next wave of Transformation leaders who want to take on responsibility for delivering meaningful projects and holding stakeholders to account. What do we mean by leaders? **What youll be doing**



















+ Drive the delivery of large-scale Transformation projects including – business analysis, identifying business improvement opportunities, driving efficiency, improving customer experience, reducing costs and/or increasing revenue growth.

+ Track, monitor and facilitate timely delivery of all projects within budget.

+ Lead the Transformation agenda and be an ambassador for change across Enterprise.






Specifically, this job is accountable for:









+ E2E delivery of projects in line with business outcomes/benefits of up to £3m

+ Helping to shape and drive the Transformation agenda, including identifying new opportunities and influencing prioritisation

+ Single source of truth for all project deliverables.

+ Progress reporting and the identification and escalation of risks and issues.

+ Break through barriers and deliver through problem solving, negotiation, effective communication and influencing senior stakeholders.

+ Operated in a large complex business across multiple locations (Preferred)

+ Operated in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders (Preferred)

+ Experience of leading high-performing teams and coaching/developing people (Preferred)

+ Project managed Transformation delivering value of more £3m (Preferred)

+ Experience of working in a technology focused business with complex products. (Preferred)

+ Experience in working in Agile, LEAN or start-up environments with an innovative approach (Preferred)

+ Track record of holding Stakeholders at MD and Director level to account. (Preferred)
