What will you be doing?


Organisation of the research and collation of data required to produce an international solution


Liaison and negotiation with in-country partners to obtain cost-effective and efficient contracted services to facilitate new solutions


Assist to prepare and create a Service Level Agreement and Data Processing Agreement


Assist to create of all departmental documentation including but not limited to Country GWM, GP, GBE BOCs document


Utilisation of internal databases and programmes such as Salesforce and SharePoint to record solution information


Review existing solutions, carrying out necessary updates and tracking changes for efficiency purposes


Creating updates to existing solution information and documentation on an internal and external basis, e.g. reports, fact sheets, marketing information etc


Working in conjunction with the Research and Solutions department; including but not limited to discussion of resources, priorities, workloads and challenges


Provide administrative support to the Research team and Solutions Manager as and when requested


Be actively involved in the developing and implementation of research processes, procedures and presentation of documentationdata within the research and solutions department
