This is an exciting opportunity to take on the PMO lead role in a 12 strong Programme management team, as we start the mobilisation phase of a two-year implementation and transition programme that will deliver a new BPO Operation in the Financial Services industry. During the implementation and transition phase there will be upwards of 500 people involved in designing and delivering a cloud-based suite of applications and the subsequent Run phase will involve c.100 contact centre (onshore), c.400 back-office (offshore) and c.400 IT support and maintenance staff (offshore). Although the design and delivery team will be based in Edinburgh and the governance team in London, this role can potentially be delivered remotely, but candidates should be able to undertake UK wide travel as required, and be fluent in business English.
